This large-scale cannabis cultivation facility faced significant odor issues during the growing process and internal air ventilation. The odor not only affected the surrounding environment, but also had an impact on employee well-being and the company’s business image.
We conducted a thorough on-site assessment to identify the primary sources of odor. The solution implemented was a dual-layer odor control system that integrates two core technologies:
Plasma Air Treatment
a chemical-free technology that neutralizes odors at the molecular level without producing harmful residues.
Wet Scrubber
an air treatment system that removes odors using water or specialized chemical solutions, formulated to match the specific odor profile and ensure maximum efficiency and environmental safety.
The entire system was designed to seamlessly integrate with the facility’s existing HVAC infrastructure or air duct system.
It was delivered as a fully integrated installation, equipped with a real-time monitoring system that continuously tracks odor concentration and allows for adaptive adjustments to maintain optimal performance under real-world conditions.
